We love Cherokee Park

The lovely Cherokee Park neighborhood is located in the western part of St. Paul’s “west side”. Only minutes from downtown St. Paul, this is a quaint and cozy residential area surrounded by nature and river trails, parks and lots of things to do. Our vintage 4-plex on Manomin Ave was originally constructed in 1917 as a 4-plex, and has been meticulously maintained over the years with much of the original woodwork and natural charm preserved. If you would like to live in St. Paul but don’t like congested higher traffic areas, this wonderful neighborhood is for you!
